Who We Are One building, one accountable team — not a trading desk.
We are not a trading desk. Our own floor runs 80 sewing machines, 50 printing machines and 50 embroidery heads, and every order passes four QC stations inside the same building before it ships.
Ncgift operates from the E-commerce Building, Industrial No.1 Road, County Industrial Park, Shuizhai, Wuhua, Meizhou, Guangdong, China. Our team of 50–100 people covers merchandising, pattern making, sampling, production, decoration, QC and export documentation under one roof — which is why a logo correction or a size-grade fix takes hours instead of weeks.
Most of our buyers are repeat buyers: uniform and workwear distributors, promotional product distributors, brands and event organisers, and procurement teams at hotels, retail chains, logistics companies and factories. Typical orders run from 300 to 5,000 pieces, with seasonal programme buyers ordering in staggered releases.

How We Control Quality Four checkpoints on every order — not a final glance before packing.
Incoming fabric inspection. Weight (gsm), shrinkage, colour fastness and hand-feel are checked against the approved standard before cutting begins.
Pre-production sample. You approve a physical sample — artwork position, stitch density, colour and fit — before bulk starts.
In-line inspection. Our QC team pulls pieces at the printing and sewing stages to catch registration drift and size deviation while it is still fixable.
Pre-shipment inspection. AQL 2.5 random sampling on finished cartons with a photo report before dispatch. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek can be arranged at your cost.
Certifications & Compliance We do not publish certificates we do not own.
Ncgift works with a network of long-term partner factories that produce the base garments and fabrics used in many of our orders. Certification documentation — OEKO-TEX, social-compliance audits and similar schemes — is held by those partner facilities rather than by Ncgift itself.
On request we will send the specific certificates held by the factory producing your order, so your compliance team can verify them before bulk production. If certified fabric is a hard requirement, tell us at quotation stage and we will only quote mills that can supply it with paperwork.
