Shipping & Lead Time Policy

1. Order Processing & Production Time

As we specialize in custom apparel and promotional merchandise (including workwear, sportswear, hoodies, caps, and promotional gifts), total delivery time consists of Production Time plus Shipping Time.

• Sample Orders: 3 – 7 business days for artwork confirmation and production.
• Bulk Orders: 10 – 20 business days depending on quantity, customization complexity, and seasonal demand.
• Production begins immediately after proof/artwork approval and full or partial payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver worldwide via reputable express carriers and freight forwarders. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination at checkout or during inquiry quoting.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking portal links. Tracking information usually updates within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are explicitly agreed upon in writing during custom quotation, customers are responsible for all applicable customs clearance fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by their destination country.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing upon receipt, please take photos/videos of the damaged outer packaging and goods immediately and contact our support team within 7 business days of delivery.
